On Friday, PSA issued a statement on its corporate website, revealing that 6451 items were stolen from a truck, consisting of various single sports cards, Pokémon cards, and sealed vintage baseball card sets. The company has provided a comprehensive list of the stolen items, which includes the deactivated rating certification numbers. All the items that were taken were cards that PSA had recently graded and were in the process of being returned to their respective owners.

Public Security Authority has submitted surveillance footage and cargo manifests to law enforcement agencies to aid in the investigation. Additionally, the authority has distributed the inventory list to numerous online marketplaces and auction houses, enabling them to track the movement of the stolen cards.

The rating body has yet to disclose the current valuation of the stolen items, although it had previously informed law enforcement that among the 250 missing packages, the contents of 200 were appraised at an approximate total of $963,000.

The affected customers have been contacted by PSA, who are offering compensation for the stolen items. The company has refunded all fees associated with the items that were stolen. Furthermore, additional compensation will be calculated based on the "fair market value" of the items (determined by PSA through comparable sales and other data), with the maximum amount capped at the declared highest insured value.
