In my capacity as a coach, irrespective of the composition of the squad, my primary duty is to extract the utmost potential from each member of the team. I have consistently held the belief that the role of a coach and team manager is fundamentally straightforward: Are you capable of unlocking the team's full potential? Do the players derive enjoyment from their daily endeavors? That's all there is to it. Our mission revolves around crafting a lineup that accentuates the skills of our key star players, seeking out teammates whose talents synergize with theirs.
